The Bible says that children are a gift from God. Whether you have children of your own or not, we can all agree that we must protect and provide for these precious little ones. It breaks our hearts to see so many children in such difficult conditions. That is why we have made it a priority to help several Homes for Children during our time in Guadalajara. Because of partners in the USA, we have been able to help these homes with much needed financial assistance, clothing, shoes, household items and a 15 passenger van. We also have had opportunities to take the children to the park and the roller skating rink for fun outings and have hosted USA volunteer groups who have interacted with the children for special events. Through the years, we have created lasting memories by spending time with the children and making them feel valued.
